Object Description Street scene showing Canal Street looking toward Lake Pontchartrain from about the intersection with Carondelet and Bourbon, with commercial establishments and Christ Church Cathedral. Shows neutral ground with gardens, horse-drawn carriages, pedestrians, lamp posts, and dogs. Building at right has a sign reading M.R. Haggerty. Also shows Hyde and Goodrich, Day Goods, Louisiana Plantation, and Dolbear Writing and Bookeeping.
