Object Description Side view of the Colored Pythian Temple at 238 South Saratoga Street (now 234 Loyola), corner Gravier. The structure was designed by the architectural firm of Diboll & Owen and was completed in 1909. Its was formally dedicated on 18 August 1909. It was conctructed for the Grand Lodge, Knights of Pythias of the State of Louisiana, of the Superior Jurisdiction of North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. Signage for Blaise's parking and Southland Parking System are visible on nearby properties.
