Object Description Mardi Gras ball cup made for the 1951 Mistick Krewe of Comus. The chalice has a double row of rhinestones around the rim, as well as raised letters with inset rhinestones which read "Comus 1951" on both sides of the bowl. Comus traditionally uses a cup during his reign instead of a scepter. There was no presentation in 1951, however, due to the Korean War.
